Things worth trying in the widget:

Ask what the company does - the answer comes from the knowledge pack.
Ask how much a website costs - it should refuse to invent a number.
Ask for a competitor recommendation - it should decline.
Say "I want to talk to a person" - there is no button on purpose. The agent decides when a human is needed. With the mock Rocket.Chat running (3-AGENT.bat), open localhost:3001 in another tab and reply as the agent. Human replies appear here in green.
Ask about price or timelines - that should trigger a handoff by itself, without you asking for one. Same for "my invoice is wrong" or "I have a project I need built".
Ask something the site never mentions - it should say it does not know.
